The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, private car park, toiletries, washing machine, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and air conditioning. Welcome to 'THE BOUTIQUE APARTMENT,' located on the first floor of Viale Italia 191 in Livorno.

To facilitate your access, we provide detailed instructions to reach the apartment:

1. After reaching Viale Italia 191, locate the Yogurteria Fiori Rosa.

2. Proceed along the corridor between the yogurt shop and the bar until you reach the glass door of the building.

3. If the door is closed, access your email, where you'll find a message sent at the end of the fast check-in process.

4. In the email, locate the provided link and open it.

5. Inside the link, you'll find the option "MAIN DOOR - OPEN." Ring the apartment name on the intercom panel and click on OPEN. After this operation, the glass door (if closed) will open.

6. Now, head towards the stairs and ascend to the top floor of the building.

7. Stand in front of the glass door located to your left once you reach the top of the stairs.

8. Use the tab "MAIN DOOR - OPEN" again, repeat the exact same procedure you did for the ground floor door: ring, click open, and the door will open.

9. Once inside the hallway, turn right.

10. Your apartment door will be identifiable by the name on the doorbell or will be the first door you encounter on your right. You can also recognize it by the black key box attached to the doorknob.

11. Use the tab "APARTMENT DOOR - OPEN" again, and you'll hear a beep; push and pull the door of the box, which will open, allowing you to retrieve your keys and the remote control for the parking barrier.

12. Congratulations, you have officially arrived at 'THE BOUTIQUE APARTMENT'!

We kindly ask you to leave the keys and remote control in the box once your stay is over so that the next guest can use them.

Parking is located next to the Yogurteria Fiori Rosa. Please park your car in the first available spot, as there is no designated parking space.
