"The apartment was very clean, had all the basic amenities that I could ask for with one exception: heat. The heat in the apartment didn't appear to work or at least not well. I didn't spend a whole lot of time in the apartment but, while I was there, despite the heat being turn up to the maximum, it never warmed any more than 11 C. Had to specifically purchase extra blankets and sleep in a sweater."
