This is a very nice property. It has a great location in the middle of Liverpool, which makes everything very accessible. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and modern. We had a very nice stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Staycity Aparthotels Liverpool Waterfront, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, situated right by the waterfront with stunning views of the Mersey River and just a short walk from the city center and major attractions. The apartment was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. It had all the amenities one could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a cozy bedroom. The decor was contemporary and stylish, making it feel like a home away from home. I particularly appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and the high-speed Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries and provide excellent recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.

Great room but charged twice!
The room was great, was offered an upgrade which was nice. However, after paying a premium for this room (being Taylor Swift weekend) I was charged directly from the hotel again when I got there, taking days for a large amount to be paid back. They were apologetic, but was hugely inconvenient, and the reason they have made it seem way too easy to happen.
