"Despite asking for a king bed on a ground floor thru Expedia, my reservation turned into 2 queen beds on the third floor. As an older person who has mobility issues I was upset, especially as I learned the first floor rooms were all booked. Seeing my reaction, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to arrange for my desired room. All I had to do was wait in the lounge for 20 minutes while housekeeping got involved. Great room, even greater helpful staff."

"It felt like a luxury room! Nicely renovated and handy to our travel route. We checked in at 9:30 pm and we were greeted by very friendly clerks at the desk, no hassles, easy check in. Our room was by the elevator and the ice machine, and it was still quiet! Breakfast was pretty standard for these kind of room and breakfast deals, but no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if we come this way."

"This was one of my greatest experience ever. The Sudio Inn employee was very gracious. Accommodated me in all ways. I had lost my ID and my fiancé booked me. It wa was an amazing experience and he was expeditious and I booked in very quickly. The gentleman was very accommodating. The room was clean. I like movies and I had enough of those. My favorites.
