"The hotel is nice. However, the patio/BBQ area are completely oppisite the pool. The front entrance is not easily visible. I had to drive around a few times to find it. The check in process was simple. Friendly service. Beautiful, clean, well equppied suite! Its only cleaned every 2 days and not enough trash recepticles inside. The suite has a full service kitchen and sleeps up to 8! I feel the room should be "tidy-up" daily and deep cleaned every other day would be acceptable. Other than those...

was good and hot with great jets. Bad: A/C was not working properly. Room was dirty and old. Had to ask for pool towels and received bath mats. Had to go to the front desk to get bedding for our pull out. Had to get new keys because first ones didn’t work. Pool furniture cushions in desperate need of replacement. No coffee in lobby after 10am."

"It was a quick overnight stop. Location was close to the Premium outlets. Breakfast service was not good due to lack of selection. The early birds take all the best items, and then nothing left for others. I also did not like the fact that the room is equipped with nothing, and you need to take inventory of what you need and ask for it (shampoo; body wash; plates; glasses; etc..) - very inconvenient."
