Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. "We really liked the location of this property. It was a 7 minute walk to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. There were plenty of seating areas and the decore was fun and inviting. We loved the large couch in the living room and we loved the large countertop in the kitchen. The shower in the master bathroom was touchy and I ended up taking a cold shower, however, my friends took a shower in the other bathroom and had plenty of hot water.
