"We’ve come here a few years in a row now, and we’ll most likely be back! Staff was mostly very helpful and polite. We like the setup in the water and close to old Wilmington so we can easily walk and explore all it has to offer! So glad to have discovered this hotel. Didn’t really like the barking dog in the room next door, but otherwise another great stay."

"We decided to try the houseboat for a couple of days to celebrate our anniversary. Communication with Erin, our host, was excellent from the start. She answered questions within minutes. She sent a very detailed email that answered just about any question that we had. Upon arrival , we were greeted and assisted by an associate. Our place was absolutely fabulous- VERY clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.There are many restaurants within walking distance. The upstairs back deck was wonderful and we enjoyed the time we spent there. We are planning on visiting The Cove again soon."
"We spent four days at this property during our family beach trip. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk. It was clean and well-maintained, and while we did have one issue upon check-in, the host was very responsive and helped to rectify the problem. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site with two little kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms (especially the showers!) are very nice. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks so much!"
"We stayed at this great vrbo to be a 13 minute walk away from Live Oak Pavilion. There are several good restaurants along the river walk that are 10-15 minutes away including our favorite Marina Grill. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. There are several charming homes in this neighborhood. Overall a great stay!"
