The location was ideal for travel to either Denver or front range spots like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and was right across the street from a park so I could stretch my legs. Adults will want to stay on the main floor, and the basement is better suited for teens and older children. It is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable, as well as more affordable to other rentals in the area. "
