"The location in unbeatable . My check in staff member was very rude . The concierge staff were amazing . Went to have dinner at vicinity and was treated so rudely by the initial staff member his name was Boyce but all other staff were absolutely fantastic"

"The hotel is located in a good location close to the main sightseeing places. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I was a bit underwhelmed is the breakfast buffet, It's alot of items but some items didn't taste that good."

The only thing I would like to address is the lift. There are two lifts in the building. One of them never works or is fixed during my 6-night stay. Thank you"
