"Very nice hotel! Clean room, good location, quiet. Friendly staff. Only real criticism is that the room, while nice, could have been nicer for the price ($312/night). It was very solid. But could have been nicer. Felt very generic. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I’m nitpicking, but for price could be a tad bit better."

"This used to a nice facility. They took out the ev chargers that had been advertised, and they did not service the room for four days even though I asked on day one for every other day service. Breakfast from day to day had little variety, although food staff was nice enough. Front desk staff was helpful when I called problems to their attention, but seemed unable to explain why I did not get the service I was promised. Never again"

"We enjoyed our stay overall and found several things to appreciate about this property. It was easy to find, and the private parking behind the house was ample room for relaxing or entertaining made it a wonderful place to spend time.As this is a historic home, there are a few quirks that come with its age. When we arrived around 9:00 PM, we entered through the kitchen and found that the kitchen lights were not working. We contacted the host but did not receive a response until the next morning. The host explained that she lives on the East Coast and had not seen the message overnight. Once we connected, we were able to get the lights working with no further issues.The hot water system also took a little figuring out. For the downstairs shower, we needed to run hot water in the sink first before hot water reached the shower.On our final morning, the toilet flushing mechanism became detached. It appeared to have been repaired previously, so this may be an ongoing maintenance item.The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everyone in our group slept very well throughout our stay. The kitchen was also one of the best-stocked VRBO kitchens we've experienced, which made meal preparation easy and enjoyable.The upstairs bathroom could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, as there was some dust buildup and a few bugs in the shower basin.Overall, this property offers a comfortable stay with a fantastic outdoor space, great beds, and an impressively equipped kitchen."

"Everything was great, Except the bathroom floor is extremely slippery getting out of the shower with wet feet was a scary move, I almost fell eachtime. Otherwise the staff was fantastic very attentive caring and so helpful in every way. I will always stay at surestay n recommend Anyone that is heading to walla walla to stay at surestay, very very affordable as well."
