"This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back! It’s such a great location. Even on a holiday weekend, the place felt quiet and the beach was not crowded. It was a hot weekend, so the under deck area was a great retreat from the for the kids to play. And the upper deck is great for evenings in the summer. It was so nice to see the beach and sunrise from the deck. Great stay!"

We needed a few essentials such as aluminum foil and storage baggies (and perhaps a little starter coffee) but otherwise all of our needs were met. "My family and my sister’s family came together to celebrate our birthdays. The house was perfect. Property was clean and well maintained. The owner went above and beyond with insuring all the little details were covered. Even left a birthday card and balloons for my sister and myself. The pool was very enjoyable and the distance to the beach was not far at all. We will definitely be back again."

"Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."

"Property was as advertised. No issues with checking in. Nice neighborhood setting with a fairly quick walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Loved downtown Fernandina and the restaurants!"

"A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose."

"Happy to stay there again. Did not use pull out sofa since brought 2 air mattresses. Very happy. Talked to a Clemson football player and congratulated a Clemson Assistant Coach on their Bowl victory. We left a day early as our kids were leaving."
