"Firstly I will start by saying the staff in this hotel are possibly the nicest and most helpful bunch you could ask for, going out of their way to help with the questions we had. The room was comfortable, lovely and clean and it had a cvery osy vibe to it. We arrived at our booking around 9 and the manger even rang us about 8.45 to ask if we wanted to order anything to eat before the kitchen closed to make sure we had eaten. Breakfast in the morning was also of a high quality and very tasty....

"Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. "Excellent stay from start to finish. allowing us to leave our bags when arriving early and putting them into our room ready for check-in. Staff very helpful, room we stayed in was only a small compact room but was Excellent and would definitely recommend a stay here. To top it off the hand written card welcoming each guest on arrival is a nice personal touch "
