"We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family of 4 and our plans. The reason for 4, rather than 5, stars was due to a couple of things. At night, there was no blind for the front door so no way for privacy - neighbours could look straight in. "I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
