quiet, safe apt in mid-town Little Rock

950sf 2BR 1BA completely remodeled, very nicely furnished ground floor apt in a 2-story duplex on a quiet cul-de-sac in mid-town Little Rock. The upstairs is occupied by a single sr. citizen who has no pet, seldom leaves, & never has guests. The only shared space is the front foyer which is never used bc all traffic is via the back door bc covered parking is in the back. The enclosed rear patio makes for a nice sitting area with 2 walls of windows. Tho in mid-town close to everything, it is very quiet with very little traffic. You will feel right at home here.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from Bill’s attentive and quick responses, to every small accomadation he made to ensure my check in and check out was smooth and in Line with my schedule. The property was spotless and I felt like I was at home! I loved the overall layout of the home and at this point I’m almost ready to move back to Little Rock off of the strength of how wonderful the stay was. I definitely look forward to booking more stays here as I visit Little Rock.
