I was in town for medical appts at UAMS, the staff here was amazing and empathetic. They have a car service for medical transport. You can leave your car and not stress about finding parking. I would love it if they bought new pillows, theirs were lumpy.

This is not really an issue at all, but it feels the place is more for patients and their families to stay in to wait for medical purposes for the hospital right next to the Hotel. Otherwise, a decent place to stay if you want to be near some shopping places!

Great family hotel

Very clean, everything provided in bathroom such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Excellent breakfast with coffee all day long. Will definitely stay there again!
