"Overall all stay was decent. Bathroom is a bit small, the cleaning service remade our bed without changing one of the sheets so that was a big negative. The staff was friendly & I like that you can’t enter late night without your keycard. "

"Our first room had a broken air conditioner. We told the front desk, they said they would look into it. We left for dinner, returned and a new front desk worker was working. We told him about the ac and he said it wasn’t communicated to him or anyone else. He called maintenance, who confirmed it wasn’t working so they moved us to another room that had an breathtaking view of the Empire State Building! "This hotel is located on a very busy street in Brooklyn. There is only 1 lane and the hotel loading lane is so poorly marked and is separated by a bike lane that so many cars park there illegally therefore leaving zero room for any drop offs with luggage. It's quite inconvenient actually. My booking did not register in their system because of a new system making my check in quite inconvenient. I was upgraded as a courtesy but I would have preferred to just have a seamless check in process...
