"I stayed at the Wilshire. It was very convenient to the venue I had to go to. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the next day a convenient breakfast before I checked out. All in all great stay. Thank you!"

"Parking was a pop-up surprise adding $$$$ to the cost of the stay. Plus I did not know the rate, or when the parking expired, or how to renew it. Just another example of big Marriott squeezing every last nickel out of its clients. Just like I dropped the Bonvoy credit card with its fees that netted me little, I will probably reduce or eliminate my future stays at the Marriott. Will anyone call me about this experience with Marriott parking and explain why this was done?"

"My sister and I had a wonderful stay here. I came to see a doctor at the university hospital and didn’t know the area at all (we are from Montana), but based on reviews decided on this spot because we wanted something quiet. We pulled into the hotel and it was just as beautiful as the pictures or even more so. We arrived fairly late and the man at the front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful. We had a suite room which was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable! The spa was clean and perfectly heated. The little courtyard was beautiful with so many happy birds chirping. It was a great place to rest and spend some time (I never saw anyone else out there while we were there). The free breakfast was good - buffet style, it had the Belgium waffle maker, eggs, bagels, sausage, cereals etc. there was a Whole Foods and Target about a minute away which was convenient. If we have to come back to this doctor, I will 100% stay here again. "

"The rooms and common areas are very clean and has a good smell. The staff are friendly and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is always top notch and the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Minor things to address, safety lock broken/missing on adjoining room door and sink stopper handle needs repair."
