Breakfasts were great, a good choice from the buffet, and the cooked breakfast, plenty of options - delicious! My husband and I will certainly be going back, providing his health allows. "The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"

"You expect more when you're paying £100 for 1 night for a room. Small bed (the room itself is tiny: 2.5m x 3m) Sheets not crisp at all. No toiletries and had to share a bathroom with all the other rooms (not great). No milk in the kitchen for coffee and tea (which I would have expected). Very basic accommodation for the price."
