"Just returned home from spending 2 weeks at Beach House Condos Jungle House Tree Top. "This property is run down and neglected. The kitchen has mould around the taps, pots and pans and dishes old. No tea towels to do dishes. Very old fixtures. We didn't use the kitchen because of these reasons. The bathroom is a nightmare. Toilet is rusty and disgusting around the base. All drains are extremely slow and the bathroom basin had scunge coming up from the clogged drain. "It was our 2nd time at the Ocean House. We love the location and view is amazing. We only ate dinner out 3 times in 10 days because we enjoyed cooking and you couldn’t beat our view. All the staff were wonderful. We had an 84th birthday party at Breezes for my father-in-law and they made the night so special from a wonderful dinner, bonfire on the beach and live entertainment. I would definitely recommend Beach House Condos and the Ocean House."

"My wife and I stayed with another couple for a week in the "Lower Reef House" condo. It was nicely finished, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Also, it is a very short, easy walk from this ground floor location to the beach and adjacent restaurant which may be important to less mobile guests. "Where do we begin.... We rented the Lower Beach House for the second half of our vacation in Negril. "The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."

"No Frills, but VERY clean and absolutely the best place to stay in Negril! It’s quiet, there are resident cats, lots of privacy, trees growing bananas & coconuts in the courtyard and we were able to take the free shuttle to the sister resort to spend time on the beach. We preferred to stay right in the Samsara mostly during our stay though and we hired private taxis to go to other places like the blue hole, YS Falls and Dunns River. Towels and basic bedding is supplied at the samsara, but you need to bring your own shampoo:). The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff is very kind. Don’t forget to tip well!!"

"Our 3rd time to Jamaica and 2nd visit to this resort. Beautiful beach and water. All the staff are excellent. My wife and I even had our first couples massage which was amazing. Food is all good with plenty of options. Jerk Chicken at the Jerk Hut was our go to lunch. Loved all the various drink options at the bars. We stuck mainly to the cocktails. Our only complaint is we had to leave. We will be back again. We love Jamaica. "
