"We were a very quick overnight stay on our way through town so we didn't have time to take in all of the amenities of this thoughtfully laid out home. It was close to Biltmore for dinner and easy access to the airport for us to catch our flight. The great room layout is beautiful just as pictured. The backyard looked fantastic so we'd love to book again for a longer stay to enjoy all the fun this home has to offer. The host was responsive and easy to work with too."

"Cleanliness: floors were so dirty our feet were black, don’t look under furniture old food past guests objects. Beds do not have any mattress protectors, we found this out when we were required to strip every bed before leaving. Mattresses are very uncomfortable some seem to be deflated air mattresses on some sort of tubes Things do not work: tvs had terrible connection to internet and intermittently worked, the TVs on upstairs balcony did not work with any remotes nor did we have the ability...

"This property is immaculate and was a great place to stay. We had 10 adults and it was extremely comfortable. With the way the rooms are spread out it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. At times pictures on VRBO tell a different story than what you see upon arrival. That was not the case with the Litchfield Villa. it's everything you see and more!!"

"This house is sparkling fresh and clean having been newly renovated. The appliances are new and bathrooms are accessible, having a seat in each shower and no thresholds. The patio and enclosed backyard are lovely. The location is great, for access to The Grand community amenities which are many (pool, golf, pickleball, gym, exercise classes etc.).
