"Beautiful from start to finish. Leisure facilities included, which we happily used. Playroom for kids. Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and a bunk for my kids which was a bonus, fridge and kettle in room. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The welcome sign on the tv on arrival & throughout the stay made it feel personal. Thought the staff were very friendly. Thanks ,lovely hotel. "

"We were upgrade to a Suite at no extra charge while on a 2-week vacation in Ireland. Good news: The rooms and the entire hotel was UPGRADED within the past few months, In addition, the staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful - especially Mave at the front desk. We highly recommend this hotel. Not sure why there's some older negative reviews/ratings but we believe they no longer apply to this hotel."

"We stayed here because we wanted to explore the Ring of Kerry, and it turned out to be the perfect location. The locals were incredibly sweet and welcoming—we ended up having some great evenings playing pool and chatting with them. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and satisfying, and dinner was just as delicious. The staff were wonderful—friendly and full of great recommendations for nearby sights. A great stay all around!"
