From the time we arrived we were kept busy with games, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and a beautiful row boat to float around the peaceful lake. The unique buildings on the property that you have full use of were amazing. Even though it rained a couple of days we were able to sit around the fire its and relax and watch the rain on the lake. "The cabin was just such a beautiful escape! A perfect place to switch off and relax and swing from the hammock or indulge in an outdoor bath. The cabin was clean and well equipped and the bedding was high quality. The only issues were the very saggy and squeaky bed and the lack of mobile reception (though there were some spots where you could get a little 3G signal) which if you’re after a real switch off might be a bonus!"
