"Lovely clean cottages with everything we needed! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, including the dog and the chickens! All the facilities were great and made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend for a family getaway, thank you Carpenters Tinney!"

"A very nice property, in very quiet vacation community. Perfectly located for visits to Port Isaac, NewQuay, Padstow, Polzeath, Tintagel. The only small negative, we found the bed wasn't not the most comfortable, neither were the pillows, but all else met or exceeded expectations."

"Overall the chalet was ok, but it is very dated, the sofa is very old with ripped cushions. The place just smells stale and dated. Having a pound meter in use is very old school and we just don’t carry change very often. So this is a pain. Would we come back.. no."

"Check in was easy, there was absolutely no road noise what so ever & we were left totally to our own devices throughout our stay, although the hosts were on handed if required. Welcome hamper was a nice touch. "
