Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"This hotel has no lift. It is over 3 floors. The stIrs are narrow. Our original booking had us on 3rd floor. I contacted the hotel because of my poor mobility and they put us on the first floor and helped carry up luggage."
