"Staff member Ross went out of his way as we were resting in the lounge figuring out our first day in Cork to ask where we were from and what did we want to see in Cork. He then went and grabbed paper and pen and listed 8 places for us to consider with explanations. My wife and i were both taken a back by this level of service and gesture . Thanks for making us feel welcome Ross."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. It was close for the things we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. We always saw staff cleaning. The pool was great. Didn't realize I needed a swim cap but they have them available for sale at the pool desk. We didn't use the on-site bar or restaurant. The restaurant has a nice sun room that looked like a great place to enjoy some down time. We did have noise from the room next door because of the adjoining room door which didn't have any sound damping. Also we ended up booking a double room and the beds were small. They did provide a flat sheet for us as it was too warm in the room for a duvet."
