"Check in was quick-but we were given an ADA room with the bed positioned against the wall and bathroom with no shower walls so everything got soaked. There were no shelves available in the bathroom either. Toilet wouldn't regularly flush. AC didn't work but could open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was ok, seemed like replenished often. Cereals, yogurt, puddings, sausage, eggs available. Lots of juices and a coffee machine. The lobby was very cute with lots of sitting areas and a small cab ride away from the city center. "

"The room itself was very small. However that said, my bed was nice and big and comfy and there was a nice skylight right above which nicely induced smooth and natural sleep rhythms. Bathroom was neat and clean and had enough space to maneuver. The location literally could not be any better! Right across the street from Galway’s most famous pub! Moreover Quay St. is packed full of awesome pubs and restaurants. "

"Our room was clearly updated recently; brand new bathroom. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the Bistro was terrific for a late dinner. This hotel is a bit from the enter of town but has ample free parking."

"Fantastic location- 5 min walk from bus and discounted parking ($24 was $11 for the night). Nice options to have wine, chocolates or even rose petals emailed to you before trip to be there when you arrive. Breakfast included. Highly recommend!"
