"This was one of our best stays during our trip to Italy. It is a B and B in an old convent. We had two rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The facility was very clean. It was quiet. "The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...

"We stayed 22 days. Wonderful villa. Fantastic location to be away from everything. Incredible views. Great property. Well appointed villa with everything you need. Clean. Daniella the property manager was a charm. Helpful and very nice. 10 minutes from Sinalunga and a great location to go to all the sites. Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, 1hr from Florence. Loved it. "We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint.
