The property has a big charming Portuguese country house and an annex.
The use of the garden and swimming pool with outdoor barbecue will be for private use for guests and there is space to park cars inside the property.
MAIN HOUSE, with 4 bedrooms:
- Regaleira: Large ensuite room with designer finishings. Big double bed and garden views. Antique writing desk and cosy reading corner. Big bathroom with bathtub and rain shower.
- Módulo Pena-Mouros: Two spacious rooms with designer finishings. Choose between 2 single or one double bed. Big bathroom with bathtub shared between the two rooms. Ideal for a family or group of friends.
- Capuchos: Nice cosy room with garden views and designer finishings. Wooden solid bunk beds with confortable mattresses for all ages. Private bathroom with shower.
ANNEX BUILDING:
- Room Ribafría: Bright annex room with designer finishings. Choose between 2 single or one double bed. Big bathroom with shower.
- Studio Monserrate: Bright annex studio. Separate bedroom (double bed), living room with sofá-bed and kitchenette. Private bathroom. With shower.
Common spaces in the main house:
- Extra toilet by the common areas.
- Small open living room.
- Large common living room with an open fireplace, overlooking the vast lush garden and swimming pool.
- Dining room and fully equipped kitchen, also with direct Access to the garden.
- Poolside barbecue and 2 toilets by the swimming pool.
Also:
- Central heating in the main house and electrical heating in the annex rooms.
- Fan in all rooms.
- Mosquito screens in all bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Linen and towels included. Also bathroom amenities such shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and toilet paper.
- Travel cot for babies/children available upon request.
We (Ricardo and Patricia) live in the Quinta and we are always available to our guests to help them with everything they need to make their stay Sintra perfect, and giving them at the same time absolute privacy and exclusivity in the use not only of the guesthouse, but the garden and pool.
