The location is perfect, easy to get to every major attraction in the city center. The room was big with a very nice view, breakfast was great, with beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff was superb. Never in my life I felt that hotel staff wanted to help this much. I will definitely return to Lisbon and to this hotel next year

We stayed in the terrace suite, Santa Catarina. The view was literally the best view in Lisbon and we didn’t want to leave the patio. The staff was amazing and they took care of the luggage, but still a bit of up and down and not great if you have mobility issues. Only drawback was 5-6 flights of stairs and no elevator. Service was fantastic

Was in a beautiful area but many taxis and ubers would not travel up to it and it was very high up many, many stairs which did create an amazing view but not for the faint hearted. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean and had everything you need

Great stay, close to everything yet quiet

Great stay! The hotel is close to all of the attractions, yet quiet and calm at night. If you plan on taking the metro from the airport, be sure to use the elevator by Zambezi Restaurant as you walk from metro station to the hotel—it will save you some time and sweat

Francois, Rio and all of the staff were very attentive ensuring that all our needs weee met. It was really well located with everything within 15 minute walk. There was great little artisan shops and Padgett shops in the same block as well as Chapito which was an awesome restaurant. We loved it!
