- Bedroom: Equipped with a queen-size bed, air conditioning for added comfort, and a desk—perfect for those who need a dedicated workspace. From the window, you can enjoy a lovely city view.

- Living/Dining Room: A welcoming space to relax, featuring a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table, and a small balcony to soak in the neighborhood atmosphere.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave, making meal preparation easy and convenient.

- Bathroom: Small but modern, with an elegant contrast between vintage-style faucets and contemporary finishes. It includes a walk-in shower.

Things to Keep in Mind

✔ The building retains the charm of traditional Lisbon architecture, including an older plumbing system. While it is regularly maintained, occasional odors may occur.
✔ As the bathroom is an interior space, it can accumulate some humidity after showers. We recommend airing out the apartment regularly to keep it fresh.
✔ The apartment is close to the train line, so some exterior noise may be heard—common in central city areas.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid delays, please inform us of your flight number and the expected time of arrival at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. This information is very important for coordinating our team and providing you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bedding and bath linen are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 14:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Cot and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
