Ideally located for an authentic stay, Pedro Alexandrino Residence is located in a quiet area of ​​Lisbon, very well served by bus lines, and near the famous 28 tram stop.

The 7 apartments are equipped with wifi, air conditioning, flat-screen hd tv with international channels, private terrace or balcony overlooking a shared garden decorated with red berries, fruit trees and aromatics plants. All apartements have been renovated in 2016.

Large studio (25 m2) with a beautiful river view, it can accomodate 2 guests. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), one double bed (2 beds of 90x200 cm), a closet and a large bathroom with shower.

Enjoy the little private terrace for brunch and admire the river view !

Really enjoyed my stay at Lovely Stay. Apartment is compact, but well laid out with everything I needed at hand. A great shower was a very welcome bonus. The beautiful terrace was a nice spot to wind down after a day walking the steep streets of Lisbon. Host was very responsive and offered great recommendations for local activities and restaurants.

Beautiful setting in convenient location

Small but efficient use of space for those who will spend more time sightseeing and in the city. Garden is beautiful and the apartment is secluded. Very clean and nicely decorated. Relatively large bathroom. Extra comfortable bed.

Un apartamento comodo y muy acogedor, hemos podido desfrutar de Lisboa y de sus magníficos lugares, de su gente y su comida, hemos encontrado sitios muy interesantes y movidosos para nosotros y como en otras ocasiones que hemos venido a Portugal la gente he sido amable y nos ha tratado muy bien. ¡Volveremos! ¡Y seguramente a esto mismo sitio, nos ha encantado el barrio de Graça - Hasta siempre!

Petit appartement très au calme dans impasse, même la nuit, charmant, cadre reposant, à 1/2h à pied du centre et desservi pour l'aéroport. Jardin très agréable avec vue sur le Tage (photos), un AUCHAN à 10 mn à pied. L'accueil très agréable malgré notre retard de vol, à recommander

The situation is good because quiet The bedding and the terrace is lovely A big problem with formigas everywhere in the bathroom...! Nothing to hang the towels for drying them in the bathroom
