The Space:
Located just minutes from the centre of Cascais - a small fishing town offering everything at close walking distance - no need for a car although secure parking is provided. Beautifully decorated offering panoramic views up to Lisbon & over the bay of Cascais - along the coastline to Cabo da Roca. Living room & bedroom –south facing with individual verandas overlooking the ocean - enjoy the sunshine from morning until sunset.
Facilities include Wi-Fi & cable TV. Sea views/swimming pool/wonderful veranda.
Lay out on loungers on the rooftop pool deck and enjoy a book or simply relax and enjoy the sea views. Well-maintained closed condominium with free parking. The vibrant town center of Cascais - the train station, Cascais-Estoril-Lisbon (32 mins), is an easy 20 min walk. It is situated close to the popular Casa da Guia, with its abundance of choice when it comes to cafés, restaurants, or specialty shops. A short walk to the parks, marina and yacht club, beaches, shops, good bars, and many restaurants are just 100m down the road.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the vibrant Av. Nossa Sra. do Rosario, the property is in the heart of Cascais, offering a blend of urban convenience and coastal charm. Within walking distance, you'll find an array of amenities including supermarkets, cafes, and boutique shops. The nearby Cascais Shopping Center provides a one-stop destination for all your shopping needs. For those interested in outdoor activities, the stunning Guincho Beach and the lush Parque Marechal Carmona are easily accessible. The area is rich in culture, with art galleries and museums like the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego offering a glimpse into local art and history.
Getting Around:
The area around the house is well served by public transport. There is a bus service (called BusCas); this runs regularly throughout the day, to the centre of Cascais and around the Cascais area with it's main stop at the Cascais train station. From here you can get a train to Lisbon in 30 minutes along the beautiful coast line, or a bus to the World Heritage Site of Sintra. If you wish to visit places further afield, please ask us about our day excursions.
There is another bus service which stops just across the road from the house called Giro which will take you to Cascaishopping where there are shops, a food court, hairdressers, technical help center etc.
From Cascais there is a regular bus service to Guincho Beach, #405. The #403 will get you to Sintra.
The train service runs from 5am until 1:30am and the trains run every 20minutes approx.
Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.
Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:

Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. This tax contributes to the maintenance of local facilities and applies to tourists regardless of nationality. It is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the respective municipalities/regions. Rates can vary from year to year and between different councils. Please check your reservation for details.
* Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
