Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while two additional bathrooms provide further convenience. The kitchen also provides direct access to the basement and underground garage. Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including all four bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, bathrooms, private garden terrace, and rooftop terrace. Guests can also use the shared infinity pool, communal fitness room, and tennis court within the residential complex. Please respect any posted rules and shared-facility schedules. The villa also has access to an underground garage.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located at R. Moinho do Roque, in Atalaia, near Praia da Areia Branca on Portugal’s Silver Coast. A short walk downhill takes you to the beach, where you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and find beach facilities including a beach bar, shower, and toilet. Praia da Areia Branca is approximately a five-minute walk along the beach and offers cafés, restaurants, and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. The area is ideal for guests who enjoy the beach, surfing, coastal scenery, and outdoor activities. Try fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes at local restaurants, explore the surrounding coastline, or simply unwind by the ocean. Getting Around:

The beach and some local services are within walking distance. Praia da Areia Branca can be reached in approximately five minutes on foot along the beach. The area is best explored by car if you want to visit nearby towns, restaurants, attractions, and other beaches along the Silver Coast. A car also makes it easier to explore the wider Lourinhã region and the surrounding coastline. Please check local transport options and schedules before travelling, as services may vary by season.

The infinity pool, tennis court, and fitness room are shared facilities within the residential complex and are not private to the villa. Availability and access may be subject to complex rules, maintenance, or seasonal schedules. The rooftop terrace and outdoor areas are ideal for enjoying the ocean views, but please take care around terrace edges and supervise children at all times.
