The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher, a washer, a dryer, and an ironing facility.
On the basement level is one bedroom with two single beds and a TV, providing privacy and entertainment for guests. On the first floor are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a spacious main suite with a king-size XL bed, and a full bathroom with a bath, desks, TVs, and balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The property's highlight is the terrace with a peaceful garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The terrace also includes a jacuzzi, a pool to cool off on hot summer days, and a BBQ.
The four bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Located northwest of Lisbon, Alcabideche is close to the Atlantic coast and enjoys a strategic location between the centre of Lisbon and Cascais. The parish features a diverse landscape, with both urban and rural areas. Green spaces, farms, and agricultural lands create a more tranquil environment.
The proximity to the coast provides access to beaches such as Praia do Guincho, renowned for its ideal conditions for surfing and windsurfing. The area is also close to other attractions, including Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe.
Alcabideche is well-served by public transportation networks, including buses, facilitating travel to other areas of the Lisbon metropolitan region. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
