From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. Simply the best city hotel I have stayed in within Europe. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, immaculately clean, wonderful buffet breakfast. Away from the buzz of central downtown Lisbon but walkable or €5 for an Uber. Will definitely return in 2025. Deserves a 5 star rating.

Room was lovely - roof top pool and bar were great - staff were friendly and very accommodating- excellent location - my only issue (not really a complaint) was that although the bed was incredibly comfortable the pillows were lumpy and that was all 6 in my twin room - time to replace I think but otherwise loved my room with balcony

The staff were fantastic - nothing was a problem. The hotel was perfect - great rooms, outdoor rooftop pool heated Year round, and superb location for exploring Lisbon! We will come back and stay here again

The entire team was fantastic great service! Room was perfect. Nice balcony. Roof bar was lovely as was breakfast. Pool area was ok, hottub was closed. Highly recommend. About a mile walk to city center and Principe real.
