Relax in the living room, which features a sofa bed and a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. The internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob, Microwave, and coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is the perfect base for exploring all this vibrant city offers. Guests can visit iconic attractions such as Castelo de S. Jorge, Santa Justa Lift, and Lisbon Cathedral within walking distance. After a day of sightseeing, guests can enjoy a meal at nearby restaurants like Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa, Trindade, or Sacramento do Chiado. With its central location and proximity to famous landmarks and dining options, this accommodation is ideal for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the culture and charm of Lisbon.

This charming address is conveniently close to two stations - Santa Apolónia, just an 11-minute walk away, and Martim Moniz, only 1 km away. These stations provide easy access to the rest of the city and beyond.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
