This delightful 120 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 9th floor and has a lift access.
It is designed with modern and stylish areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a couch where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, and a dishwasher is added for extra comfort.
The apartment has four bedrooms: the master bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and ample wardrobes, and the fourth bedroom features a single bed and great dressers.
Two bathrooms in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
