We like having the Lisbon HomeAway office in town for check-in and luggage storage. This unit we rented has been nicely renovated, with interesting features and area to relax, including the outdoor terrace. The kitchen and washing machine are great features for those on longer vacations. The largest drawback is location - on a steep hill , and away from many of the attractions. The spiral staircase to the second floor might also be a consideration for older couples.

The property was OK but many things were lacking / disappointing. The downstairs area is really cold and lacks ventilation - there is evidence of mould on lots of the walls - and particularly the bathroom so nothing dries. It was very musty when we checked in. Some of the furnishings (e.g. rugs, paintings on the walls) that were in the photos weren't actually there so it doesn't feel very homely. Likewise some of the furniture was different from the photos - particularly the balcony furniture, which is now a cheap plastic set that was filthy and puddled when we checked in. The neighbourhood has little in the immediate area and is a 30 min walk to the main Rossio square. TV didn't work initially but they were prompt in sending someone over to fix it which was appreciated. The outdoor balcony was nice and the kitchen was decent but overall we were disappointed given the price and the photos in the listing.

Sehr schöne FeWo, nicht allzuweit von Zentrum entfernt. Man sollte sich vergegenwĂ€rtigen, dass die HĂ€user hier fĂŒr den Sommer gebaut sind, es im Winter selbst bei 10°C plus empfindlich kalt sein kann. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Man kann die Wohnung vom Flughafen aus mit dem Taxi fĂŒr kleines Geld erreichen. Die Matratze im Erdgeschoss mĂŒsste getauscht werden, die ToilettenbĂŒrste ebenfalls. Zur Ausstattung der KĂŒche kann ich nichts sagen, da wir dort kein Essen zubereitet haben.

Affreux !!! Appartement lamentable !!! Le lit pas confortable du tout , du bĂ©ton !! Des mites dans la salle de bain je parle mĂȘme pas de la brosse Ă  wc et l’état de la cuvette jaunĂątre. L’état de la douche pareil scandaleux, rien Ă  voir avec les photos . Vraiment déçus , j’ai jamais vu ça ! Je ne le recommande pas du tout mais alors vraiment pas !! D’ailleurs j’ai fais des photos de l’appartement et envoyer une rĂ©clamation car il est scandaleux de mettre en location ce genre d’appartement . Les fauteuils du salons ne sont pas propres ! ( tĂąches noires sur les cĂŽtĂ©s) Dans la chambre il y avais un rangement qui Ă©tait tachĂ© donc nous avons gardĂ© nos affaires dans la valise. Nous rentrons en France et nous sommes obligĂ©s de dĂ©sinfecter toutes nos affaires de peur d’avoir des mites avec nous . DĂ©plorable.

Appartement agrĂ©able avec transport en commun Ă  proximitĂ©. Communication un peu compliquĂ© avec un manque d’informations pour la remise des clĂ©s. Dommage que tout se passe Ă  distance sans contact sur place avec le loueur.
