Very charming apartment in the center of Lisbon with a small balcony. Kitchenete, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Wifi and TV.

Situated in the center of Lisbon, near the main square of Rossio. In less than a five minutes’ walk, you can find 3 different subway stations (Rossio, Restauradores and Martim Moniz). Baixa’s shops and restaurants are 10 minutes away; Rossio and Restauradores are very close too . The most interesting area of Lisbon is less than 15 minutes away by foot! Lots of cultural attractions to visit.
Apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and kitchenete with washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, freezer and utensils. The living room has a TV. The bedroom is very cozy and it has a double bed. There is one sofa in the livingroom. There is a small balcony in the living room where you can relax or enjoy a glass of wine at the sunset. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. All linens and towels are included in the price. The apartment features a home art gallery where you can find some paintings made by the owner. In sum: a cozy, comfortable and pleasant modern apartment in the center of Lisbon. Apartment is situated in a 3rd floor without elevator access.

The apartment is well located since it is at a walking distance from most sites. Environment may look a bit scary, but is Ok.Apartment is in a quiet street and perfect for nights. Laura’s welcome and advises are efficient and pro-active, so that you feel more than welcome.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. the surrounding area also felt very safe, particularly in the evenings when the surrounding restaurants came to life. It is the perfect place for people who have no car, we were walking distance from many restaurants, Lisbon city centre and many other tourist sites, as well as walking distance from trainsthe metro so it was easy to visit places outside of the city.

The flat was amazing! Central location, very close to Rossio square and station, we enjoyed our girls trip to Lisbon a lot! Felt very comfortable in the flat and enjoyed spending time there (cooking, having breakfast, drinking wine, always with the french doors to the tiny balcony open). We didn't miss anything, it has all the essentials. The stairs to the flat are quite steep, which was no problem for us at all, but might be for others. My friend and I would both recommend this place to friends and will definitely book again, when we come back to this lovely city!

Pros: - Great location, close to pretty much everything for sights, museums, restaurants, nightlife, etc. - Good washer - Good TV channels lineup - Quiet at night Cons: - I hated the angle of the ceiling above the couch on which I've hit my head few times, two of which with blood ! - No dryer. I thought at first that the unit was a combo washer/dryer. My mistake. But then very limited space for drying clothes outside. Operating instructions only in Portuguese. - Smallest shower I have ever seen, even smaller than on a cruise ship or a recreational vehicle ! If your weight is more than 250 lbs, you cannot get into that shower, forget it. Also hot/cold shower control is badly positioned which made it very easy to inadvertently move it and burn yourself. - Hard mattress bed, ideal for a fakir ! - No racking for our luggage. - Balcony very small, two people cannot sit there. Conclusion: This place is too expensive for what it offers. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not.

The nearest Rossio ,the center of Lisbon and all transports :metro, taxi, tram , train station ,elevator and funiculaire There Is a very Little TV !!

My husband and I loved the location - within a 3 -4 min walk to 2 train stations and central location to all areas of the city. The apartment itself was clean, and updated. Everyone at KazPortugal, the rental agency was great. The woman Laura, who greeted us, was absolutely adorable and the car service they booked for us as the end of the trip back to the airport was so helpful and the driver, Marco was great! All in all I would highly recommend this apartment.

Had an awesome stay. Updated and clean. No issues and renter was available if needed. Beat the hell-out of a hotel. Don't let the graffiti around the location turn u off as it is everywhere. Will stay here again next time we visit. Amazing stay and amazing city
