This modern and luxurious flat is located in the Atrium Building, one of the most iconic condominiums on the Costa da Guia in Cascais, on the seafront.
Surrounded by services, it is within 500 metres of Casa da Guia with all its fantastic restaurants overlooking the sea, wonderful pastry shops, supermarkets, various shops, MB, the cycle path and bicycles for hire.
The condominium has a loft with a café and meeting area, 24-hour private security and two lifts. The gym, spa services, massages and indoor pool are external services that operate on floor -1; access conditions must be checked on site.
In the outdoor area, you can enjoy a bar and lounge area with a magnificent saltwater pool overlooking the sea, gardens and children's play area. We cannot be held responsible for opening times or maintenance conditions in this area.
The flat has a covered parking space on level -1 of the building. The parking spaces are narrow, so if you have a large car, we recommend parking outside where it is easy, free and safe.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has breathtaking views.
As you enter, a beautiful entrance hall defines two distinct areas, a corridor that will protect the private area of the bedrooms, and the social area where there is a small but pompous toilet.
In the social area, the flat has a living room with a leisure area with a TV with international channels, a dining area and access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a wine cellar, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and American coffee machine, blender, electric kettle, toaster and mixer.
With a 180 degree view we have the dining room for 6 people, where we can lose ourselves in the blue of the sea.
The flat has three bedrooms.
One of the bedrooms is a large suite with a double bed (160x200), TV, a large wardrobe and a private bathroom with two washbasins and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds (100x200), a wardrobe and access to a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy a few moments of tranquillity.
With access to the same balcony, we have the third bedroom with a queen size bed (140x200) and a wardrobe.
Next to these two bedrooms is a second bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.

House rules:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat;
- Pets are not allowed;
- The flat is not prepared for people with disabilities or reduced mobility;
- No noise is allowed after 22:00;
- Remove rubbish and switch off lights and equipment when not in use.
- Changing the position and location of furniture is not permitted.
- Loss of key - the guest pays for the change of lock:
- Lock locked that requires technical intervention - the client pays for the intervention.
- Forgetting the keys inside the flat, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €
- At check-in, you will be given a manual, follow the rules in it.
Check-in - Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.; before 4 p.m. only if possible and at an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8 p.m. will cost €30; late check-in after midnight will cost €50.
Check-out - Between 8am and 11am; after 11am only if possible and will incur an extra charge of 30€; early check-out before 6am will incur a charge of 50€; early check-out before 8am will incur a charge of 30€.
Cascais Municipal Tax:
Cascais City Council charges a fee of €4 per night's stay per person aged 13 and over, with a maximum of €28 per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.
Extras:
Transfer from / to airport / house: €55 up to 4 people, €80 up to 6 people.
Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / highchair: additional cost of €5 / day;
Concierge: We have personalised concierge services at an additional cost - these include a wide range of services from booking leisure or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.
Security deposit: 500 euros per booking; will be refunded if the flat is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the flat or any of its furnishings or equipment.
