A new apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

Everything you need in a great location
Great place to stay. Everything you need ( the only place I’ve stayed where they really thought about and provided what you need, including proper umbrellas in case of rain), excellent modern clean rooms, great views, comfy beds and great water pressure. Really great neighbourhood- bars, bakeries, supermarkets, fruit shops, great views and the 28 tram if you don’t feel like walking down the hill. Joao was a great host and would recommend.

Not far from public transport and walking distance, though hilly, to many attractions, this location was ideal. It was nice to be in a neighborhood where the locals shop, eat and drink. Great views too.

Location was perfect for our family, at the top of historic Lisbon, great views, easy access walking access to sights. Good grocery store and restaurants around the corner. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the A/C as it was unusually warm for April. Joao was a delight to engage with on the rental.

Wonderful apartment in great location
Communication with host Joao was excellent from the time of booking. Great, clean, spacious and well appointed apartment in a secure building. It has large and bright rooms with wonderful views. It is located in a quiet area but with close by restaurants and shops. We arranged for airport pickup through our host. Buses and tram are one street away for easy access to visit the city. Several viewing points nearby overlooking the whole city. Strongly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon and would stay there again without a doubt. You won’t be disappointed booking Joao’s place.

The listing is extremely accurate. The apartment is comfortable and bright and has anything you might need. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. It’s a five minute walk to beautiful views overlooking the entire city of Lisbon. There are restaurants, and wine bars, and grocery stores within a two minute walk. Public transportation is extremely convenient. We actually enjoyed walking the hills down to Bairro Alto.

Beautiful apartment in Lisbon.
Our family of 4 adults and 1 teen loved Joao’s beautiful apartment in Graca. The location couldn’t have been better— so many restaurants and shops just around the corner and lovely views of St. Jorge’s Castle from every bedroom. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. We used Ubers (which are inexpensive and quickly available) to get around Lisbon and to Sintra; but public transportation and tuk tuks are nearby as well. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment for your stay in Lisbon.

What a great place and location
The photos didn't really do the flat justice - it's even bigger than the photos might suggest. All is as advertised and Joao was very kind and helpful in greeting us and helping us to get sorted. The property is very close to a tram stop and there are all needed conveniences, e.g., restaurants, food shopping and a variety of other shops avail very near by. What a great city!

This is it!
The perfect place to stay in Old Lisbon (Graca). You are on top of the hill with everything the city has to offer right at your feet. Joao was a discreet host and we had no complaints. The apartment was cozy and roomy enough for four adults. Everything you need is not more than five minutes away and the moment you step out your can start enjoying the old town. The apartment is situated above a lovely ally with several wine bars. If you like to sleep with open windows - it’s lively at night. And… the apartment has individual air conditioning. Very nice, if not needed in January.

Great Apartment in Lisbon
Great apartment in Lisbon. Great views. Room for 6 adults (there were 3 of us). Grocery store is just around the corner. Public transportation (Tram 28! and bus) just around the corner. Numerous restaurants nearby. Joao is a great host and easy to communicate with. He met us at the apartment and gave the full tour and explained everything. Full kitchen. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk downhill to the commercial district/metro, the tues/sat flea market, etc. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and well located. The host "Joao" was very accomodating and helpful. The listing is well representative of the apartment. Very comfortable for our party of 5. Lovely location in Graca
We landed in Lisbon 6 hours before our check-in time, but Joao let us leave our bags at the apartment after the previous guests had checked out, which allowed us to explore the city hassle free. Joao was very accommodating and his apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and clean, with incredible views out every window. Beds were comfortable - 3 beds with different firmness. Air conditioning in every room. We felt safe here, and it was very quiet at night with all the windows closed. Graca is the perfect area to stay while in Lisbon, it has a much more local vibe and is less busy with tourists. Some of the best views of the city are from this area. We loved it and would stay again.

Wonderful Lisbon-Graca apartment in a great location!
This three-bedroom apartment is wonderful! Everything we needed was there for our family of two adult children, my wife and me. On the third floor, there is an elevator but the stairs are fine - and the views of the castle, river and city are superb! Graca is such a great location with many fine restaurants in easy walking distance (Augusto Lisboa for brunch; Cafe da Garagem for afternoon and evening drinks and a great view; Graca 77 and RendezVous for dinner). Joao was very helpful on arrival and the check-in process was easy. We all loved your apartment, Joao! Thank you!

This is an AMAZING property. From the moment we booked it until our last day, it was an excellent experience. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, lots of shops, restaurants, grocery store and easy transportation to all of Lisbon's major sites. You can also walk from the apartment into the center of Lisbon in about 15-20 mins, downhill and stunning views of the city as well as the surrounding streets. The apartment is large, well appointed, quiet, and safe. Joao was an amazing host, easy to communicate with, answered all our questions and had suggestions, contacts and airport pickups for us. Do yourself a favor and stay at this place, you won't regret it. We LOVED it!

Fantastic apartment and location!
We just finished our stay in this wonderful apartment! Couldn't be happier with the spacious accomodations, the views from the bedrooms and living room, and the location! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. It was located within walking distance of many beautiful sites and neighborhoods. Bring your sneakers! The host Joao was very accommodating and extremely communicative with us every step along the way. We loved it here and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Lisbon!

Make sure you pack tennis shoes for this trip! Great location and an apartment that has all that you need for a super stay in Lisbon. The owner was great and very communicative. We had a showerhead break and it was fixed immediately. The owner went above and beyond to answer any questions about the area and even let us know about upcoming city celebrations to participate in. Mastering public transit was fairly easy and highly recommended. We rode the trollies, buses, metro, subways, and trains to access several cities around Lisbon. It was very affordable. There is a ton of things to experience in Lisbon. Always check for closing on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays prior to planning your day. But, also take advantage of public transportation systems to visit neighboring towns. We rented a car a few times also and that was also affordable. Many thanks to the owner for the beautiful view every morning and a clean, safe place to stay during our month in Portugal. The washer and drying rack were a big bonus as were the two full bathrooms. The entire apartment had air conditioning, but the fresh sea air off the coast was usually enough to keep us cool. Thanks again Joao! You are great to work with during our first trip to Portugal.

There were four of us and we found the place to be perfect for what we needed it for. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were a decent size. The views were incredible from each bedroom. It was close to restaurants and grocery shopping, as well as the tram to get to where you needed to go. I would stay there again.
