Situated in a very bad area and they advertise a good price and then tack on a lot of fees. I know I will not do business with this company again.

I stayed in two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor, for three and two nights during a two week period. The photos in an Expedia ad were representative of the small, cheerful spaces. The second floor apartment seemed a bit larger and had a better shower.A stationary fan could be used for ventilation, no AC! The building is located in a hilly neighborhood with narrow windy streets, walkable to major streets with train and bus stops and generally connectable to Uber. Communication about checking in & out was entirely online with frequent reminders in order to receive access codes to building & apartment. Payment in advance of a city tax of 2 euros per night was necessary in order to get those codes. Emails to the office were returned promptly during business hours. Wifi available but the connection was indicated as "not secure" from my phone so I didn't use it. A list of nearby businesses such as restaurants, markets, transit stops would have been a nice resource but was not at the site. The cleaning fee seemed high although it was not clear if that was standard or based upon the condition of the apartment after leaving. Other than that, the price seemed reasonable compared to many hotel rooms.
