"The room was very small and dated. But what the room lacked was made up by the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us more than once. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!"

"Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel."

"Very nice comfortable rooms"

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel.
