"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—it’s super convenient and super close to the airport. I flew in from LA, and the whole place feels brand-new. The breakfast? Oh my gosh, the selection is insane! They’ve got everything you could want. The room isn’t huge, but it’s seriously cozy, spotlessly clean, and just really comfortable. 10/10, would totally stay here again!"

"Arranging pick up from the airport was more complicated than expected. Building is worn but clean. Bed was rock hard, but quiet. Dropped off at wrong terminal. I felt safe, but also did not wander about. Worth the $25 for a short overnight."

"I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now from this experience."
