"Great room in the oldest part of the house - very clean and well maintained. Bar, evening meal and breakfast were all excellent. Grounds were nice to walk a round."

"We stayed on a floor that has recently been renovated. Rooms are nicely done. The room we booked is accessible with a wet bath. We were able to change it to a standard room without charge. Service is great. They willingly brought over a mini-fridge for our use. The fridge fits nicely in the closet. Location is good. Very close to the busy shopping areas and within walking distance from the train station."

"The room was very clean and vibrant but there was no fridge. When I asked they said a fridge is only placed in the room on request. This is the club room in a 4-star hotel. Everything else is fine. Breakfast was good and the pool. Note: Some construction work currently ongoing at the property."

"This visit was only a one night quick overnight as we were attending the golf at Wentworth. Arrived quite late and left early. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The bathroom is very nice with a great size shower. This isn’t my first visit and definitely won’t be my last."

"The meal we had for dinner the sea bass with spring onions and supposedly with cauliflower purée was terrible. The skin on the fish was not crisp, the onions were Pretty raw and there was no cauliflower purée and it was very very greasy - would not recommend it. The hot water for breakfast to make tea was lukewarm."
