"This is a historic property in a not so historic area. My family spent two days in this place. We were concerned when we were coming close to the hotel because we did not realize that is in the outskirts of Siracusa, in an area filled with non-impressive apartment buildings. "The room was extremely small- so small that every time I got out of bed I banged my leg either against the wall or the bed frame! The bed mattress was also extremely hard so hard I did not sleep. In addition, there was no hair conditioner nor body lotion in the bathroom."

"This is a lovely hotel not far from the port and the town center, where you’ll find lots of shops and restaurants. It’s also not far from the archeological museum and the old port. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The pool was empty but likely that was because it’s early April - I’m sure it’s amazing in the summer time!"
