"The Arrabelle is a beautiful property, but it lacked one very important amenity during our stay in July-a properly functioning air conditioner. "Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure."

"The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location. Definitely ski in/ski out. Before I got there I received a call about my stay etc. I was very impressed, don’t usually get that. However, the caller failed to mention the lobby is on level 2 and explain how to get to the lobby. The signage was vague. Then at check in the employee doesn’t make it clear that the badge reader to get into the building is not working and make sure to memorize or write down the number.
