"My family really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The cabin was very clean and well laid out. Enjoyed the creek that runs through the back of the property and the nature that comes up saw a few deer. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation this is the cabin for you."

"Great location convenient to Boone and area attractions. We were able to quickly get to local trails. Relaxing location with deck; it was just one family but could have easily hosted two. Has a cozy fireplace and sitting area. Bathrooms look new and are spacious. Enjoyed lunch at the billiards hall nearby too and driving by the horses!"

"Wonderful peaceful location surrounded by woods with a great view of grandfather mountain. The interior has many nice high end features and is very comfortable as well. Overall a great getaway spot."

"The location and the # of beds is the only thing that would bring me back to this property. I'm not into luxury but this place was really outdated. Wall to wall carpet, many pieces of furn broken, outlets not working, sliding doors not working, screens off doors. Just needs a complete reno BUT it was clean and worked for what we needed. It had places to sleep everywhere. Could not get any house closer to the lift."

The NuWray Hotel & Carriage House

10/10 Excellent

"This historic hotel is so stinking cute! The bathrooms are updated and the bed is comfortable and soft. There is a mini fridge, smart tv, and sound machine in the room as well as a fan and a portable heater (though there is central heating and air). Parking was right out front; and they have ice, water, tea, and coffee in the common area on each floor. A cute sitting area and balcony are a nice touch. The restaurant is on the first floor, and breakfast is included! Town center is right outside with shopping and dining available. Burnsville is adorable; and this was a great, safe, and clean place to stay!"
