"The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness."

"We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. "This was a nice hotel and reasonably priced. I stayed here for four days with my 14 year old son. We travelled over from Ireland. It had a 24 hour reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also 24 hour access to a computer and printer. And it also has a bar. They make food sometimes. I tried twice but they weren't making food when I asked. Though you can get food delivered to the hotel with E Food app. The pool isn't that big, but it's still nice. You can only get into the...

"Brilliant hotel, clean, functional and had everything I needed. Friendly and helpful staff who are very accommodating. Great breakfast every morning- nice range of variety. Location was ideal for me- close to the beach and bus stop right in front for convenient travel to Heraklion. Overall, really enjoyed my stay."
