"Great room and very clean! Staff was amazing and the breakfast hit the spot. We were disappointed to find out the hot tub was undergoing renovation. That's ok, it happens. Our showers were turned up almost all the way to hot before getting hot water. We really did have a very nice stay and were very well rested by the time we left this morning!"

"Hotel staff super friendly!"

"Room was not clean. It was soiled. I saw some dead bugs around the AC unit. The wash basin was clogged, very difficult to use."

"Pool not available, no air or heat in the second (upgrade room). Toilet in second room did not flush well. Not enough staff/ maintenance T this hotel. Never like this in the past . I will not return ."

"The only reason we stayed here was because we needed an extra day. The other place we stayed at during the week was booked, and we needed to find another place, Twin Mountain Inn and Resort is a very nice property and excellent staff. Wish we could have stayed there."
